Do you mean after you've downloaded the "_get_video" file? If you do, then you just rename the video and add ".flv" after it, then it'll play just fine and dandy.
Oh, and in an earlier post by Larry, he mentioned he uses Vixy.net (http://vixy.net/) to convert flv files to avi files.
Colin, my husband, uses Riva--see here for more (plus this site has a nice video tutorial for converting files--just don't convert them to mpg files for your video 'cause they won't work well):
