A Little Success At Last
I finally successfully downloaded Windows Movie Maker and created my first movie. I was unable to do it in class last week so I needed to try it at home. It's fun! I have never even made a video let alone attach it to a blog but I'm going to give it a try. Did it work?

It's me again...any idea why some pictures came up and others didn't? It seems that for every step I take foward, I take two backwards..aahh!
Hey Lauren,
I've been playing around too, and maybe you can help me?? :o) I can only upload still pictures. How do you upload videos pictures?
You're a step ahead of me. I am still having trouble with the still pics.
Brilliant work, Lauren!! how fantastic that you've successfully embedded your video in your blog post! People are gonna want to know how you did it.....
Now, re the missing pictures--I've replied to a different posting bout that, but basically, you have to marshall all your resources inside one folder on your hard drive (not on a CD, not on a thumb drive, not on an external site, not on the internet), and *then* import them from that older on your harddrive (this is to ensure that they all have the same directory path and end point).
Hi Lauren,
I did a project on movie maker in one of my other classes and had the same problem. Pictures would just disapear into thin air. All your photographs have to be downloaded on your hard drive and kept in the same folder. I just made a folder on my desktop and dragged all the pictures into it. Once everything is together you should be able to see all your pics. Good luck. You are off to a good start
Hey, great job... how did you post it?
jen :)
Hey Lauren! Looks awesome!!!
